BSBF KIT DELIVERY SCHEDULE 2008

BSBF Kits are limited in supply and will be shipped to teachers only in two delivery intervals:

1. March 4 - 21: Year 3 Teacher Kits
   
2. July 25 – August 1: Pre-school Kits and Year 3 Kits if still available.
   
   Avoid disappointment, order your kits early!

FAQ'S

How much do the kits cost?
The Colgate BSBF kits are FREE (in limited quantities) to primary school and pre-school teachers in Australia and New Zealand and to Australian and New Zealand dentists, dental therapists and dental hygienists who are involved with oral health education in primary schools and pre-schools.

What quantities of individual materials for students are found in each kit?
The Year 3 Teachers and Dental Professional kits contain take-home materials for 32 children. The Pre-School kits contain take-home materials for 28 children.

Are extra BSBF materials available?
No, BSBF materials are only available in the kits.

For what age groups are the kits appropriate?
Materials in the Year 3 Teachers and Dental Professional kits can be used with children ages 6 - 9 years. The Pre-School kit materials are designed for children ages 4 - 5 years.

How many BSBF kits can I request?
A maximum of 4 kits can be requested, while stocks last. Schools that require more than 4 kits need to contact New Zealand 0800 55 66 15 between 12:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday or Australia 1800 075 685 between 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday for further information.

When can I request BSBF kits?
Requests from primary school and pre-school teachers are accepted from 1 January - 18 July, 2008 (while stocks last). Dental Professional kits (for use by members of the dental profession for oral health promotion in schools) can be requested throughout the year (while stocks last).

When will I receive my BSBF kit(s)?
Year 3 Teachers kits are delivered during two periods: 4 - 21 March and 25 July - 1 August, 2008.

Pre-School kits are only delivered 25 July - 1 August, 2008.

Dental Professional kits are delivered within 3 weeks of placing request.

All kits are available while stocks last.
