    Colgate Total Professional toothbrush is suitable for at home use for all patients.

    Guide for Usage:

    1. Place the toothbrush at a 45°angle along the gum line on the outside of the teeth. Move the toothbrush in a small, circular motion, and repeat for each tooth
    2. Brush the inside surface of each tooth, using the same small circular motion
    3. Brush the chewing surface (top) of each tooth
    4. Use tip of brush to brush behind each front tooth top and bottom
    5. Be sure to brush your tongue to remove odour causing bacteria

    Brush twice daily, with emphasis on correct brushing technique.

    After use, rinse toothbrush head thoroughly, shake off excess water and store upright.

    Dental professionals recommend replacing your toothbrush every 3 months.
